Sejak pagi hingga siang hari, ribuan pelanggan di berbagai wilayah Indonesia mengeluhkan hilangnya akses internet atau penurunan drastis kualitas layanan, yang membuat aktivitas digital seperti bekerja, belajar, hingga komunikasi daring terganggu.<\/p>\n<p>Gangguan pertama kali terdeteksi sekitar pukul 11.03 WIB, ketika sejumlah pengguna mulai melaporkan tidak bisa terkoneksi dengan internet meskipun modem dan Wi-Fi rumah menunjukkan status tersambung.<\/p>\n<p>Data dari situs pemantau layanan internet Downdetector, menunjukkan bahwa keluhan awal tumbangnya layanan Indihome dilaporkan sekitar pukul 10.35 WIB. Keluhan memuncak pada pukul 11.34 dengan total 4.339 laporan, yang kemudian menjadi sinyal bahwa masalah ini bukan sekadar gangguan lokal, melainkan berdampak luas.<\/p>\n<p>Keluhan mulai ramai di media sosial seperti X (sebelumnya Twitter), dengan tagar #IndiHomeDown dan kata kunci terkait lainnya menjadi sangat populer. Pelanggan dari sejumlah kota besar termasuk Jakarta, Tangerang, Bandung, dan lainnya, melaporkan koneksi internet mereka tidak dapat digunakan atau sangat lambat.<\/p>\n<p>Banyak pelanggan menyebut perangkat mereka tetap menunjukkan sinyal Wi-Fi aktif, namun akses data tetap tidak berjalan. Kondisi ini mempertegas bahwa gangguan berasal dari layanan jaringan pusat, bukan sekadar perangkat di rumah pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p>Menanggapi gelombang keluhan tersebut, pihak Telkomsel yang kini berada di bawah payung yang sama dengan IndiHome, mengeluarkan pernyataan resmi di media sosialnya, mengonfirmasikan bahwa tengah terjadi gangguan massal pada layanan internet Telkom dan memastikan proses perbaikan sedang dilakukan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami sedang melakukan perbaikan. Mohon pelanggan bersabar. Terima kasih atas pengertiannya,\u201d demikian pernyataan Telkomsel dalam unggahan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Vice President Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility Telkomsel, Abdullah Fahmi, menyatakan bahwa penurunan kualitas layanan data telah terdeteksi sejak pukul 11.03 WIB dan berdampak pada sebagian pelanggan secara nasional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTelkomsel menginformasikan kepada pelanggan bahwa saat ini terjadi penurunan kualitas layanan data untuk sebagian pelanggan secara nasional, yang berdampak pada akses ke sejumlah aplikasi digital dan platform OTT,\u201d ujar Fahmi dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Kamis (22\/1).<\/p>\n<p>Menurut pernyataan tersebut, tim teknis telah dikerahkan untuk melakukan isolasi gangguan, optimalisasi jaringan, serta percepatan pemulihan layanan agar normal kembali secepat mungkin.<\/p>\n<p>Telkomsel juga meminta maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang dialami pelanggan dan berjanji akan terus memantau kondisi jaringan secara menyeluruh.<\/p>\n<p>Telkomsel mengimbau pelanggan untuk terus memantau informasi terbaru melalui kanal komunikasi resmi perusahaan.
